HiRez is a Photoshop panel made by The Gridline Company. This page explains what happens to your data when you use it.

Your images

When you press Process Image, the selected layer is sent over an encrypted connection to HiRez's processing server. The server passes it to an AI upscaling service run by fal.ai, receives the result, and sends it back to Photoshop. HiRez does not save your images on its own servers.

The upscaling service is a third party and has its own terms and privacy policy, available at fal.ai/privacy.

Your license and account

When you buy HiRez, payment and tax are handled by our payment provider. We receive your email address and license key so we can deliver the product and verify that your license is valid. We do not see or store your card details.

Usage information

To enforce the monthly upscale allowance, we count how many images a license has processed. We do not read or keep the contents of those images.
